Our long-term goals are to produce quality farm fresh products for all to enjoy.

We produce raw honey, straight from the hive. Flavour can vary, depending upon what flowers are blooming at the time. The quality of our honey was recognised by winning first prize at the Wauchope Show in 2022.

We are currently concentrating on building a continuous supply of pure local honey from the bees we keep on Blanch's Rest. The honey is extracted and placed in jars on the farm, ready for sale direct from the farm to from one of our local suppliers.

We also raise Angus cows on the farm, which bring rewards and satisfaction, particularly when we see our children and grandchildren handfeeding the cows and the bull, as we did during our childhood. We are pleased to say that the very welcome rainfall in 2021-2022 has seen our herd increase in number. 

In addition to the cows on the farm, we have chooks, ducks and two very spoilt kelpies.
